Offices and shops
Guidance for most offices and shops is a test at least every 5 years.
Higher-risk sites
Industrial units and similar sites are usually tested more often, typically every 3 years.
Insurers and landlords
They often ask to see a current report.
New premises
If you have taken over a building without a current report, it is worth testing.
